What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is designed to make dietary and lifestyle changes in order to optimize wellbeing, alleviate and prevent many common symptoms of ill health. It takes a holistic approach and is firmly based on scientific evidence.
It aims to restore health through balancing body systems and allowing the body to heal itself naturally through a diet containing beneficial foods and excluding those which are not. Nutritional Therapy looks to rectify the underlying cause of illness rather than simply treating the symptoms.
